Hey, It’s Pete! Here’s my Story …

I’m a dad to two young kids (I call them my interns) and I’ve made it my passion to help fellow busy parents, creators and high performers lose weight by simplifying their fitness and nutrition.

As a result, in my over 20 years of coaching, I’ve helped thousands do just improve their health and develop a healthy lifestyle to look and perform better.

A few years ago, I was a stay at home dad and I struggled to figure out how to be that healthy role model for my little ones.

You see, a previous career in corporate America led to a sedentary lifestyle and poor diet habits.

And it led to excess weight gain and a trip to the emergency room with chest pains. 

The doctor told me that I needed to get my act together.

But with two kids, the schedule and life can get so hectic. 

Dinner plans would fall through. 

Birthday parties and social gatherings meant tons of trying to figure out “How many calories are in that cracker with hummus?”

And then I’d give up altogether if I was eating at a restaurant.

It was exhausting.

The solution was to take science-backed knowledge and distill it down into a simplified approach. 

One that allowed me to execute this every single day without having to overthink.

The result? I lost over 40 pounds

I built the habits and stayed consistent and even enjoyed the process along the way because I granted myself permission to enjoy “off-limit” foods like chocolate. 

I’m currently 44 years old and feeling better than I ever did in my 20s and 30s.

I know that if I can do this for myself and thousands of others then I can do this for you

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much does the Lean4Life Program cost?

Great question! I hate to hit you with the “it depends,” because I’m not trying to come off as shady. But, it really does depend on how long you commit and what program offerings you decide are best for you and your goals. But, I will say that my programming ranges from $300 to $1,500. Again, that all depends on what we determine is the right action plan for you.

How long is the program?

There are several options ranging from 30 days to a full four month program, along with some monthly options that are available for extra accountability. But, no matter the time commitment, at the end of the day, this is a program that will teach you the tools you need to get and stay in shape for life.

Do I need equipment or a gym membership?

The workouts require minimal equipment, nothing more complicated than something to hang from like a pull-up bar (one that hangs from your doorframe is totally fine and what I use myself). You could potentially add a few bonuses like a dumbbell, kettlebell, suspension straps (like a TRX) or resistance bands.

How long do the workouts take?

High performers, content creators and busy parents are tight on time, which is why the workouts are designed to fit around your schedule with science-backed strategies to help see progress in minimal time. On average a strength training workout will likely last about 20-30 minutes, but some students have shorter/longer durations. None of the workout routines are cookie-cutter templates, they are all completely personalize.

I really don't have to count calories? How does weight loss happen then?

It’s true that a calorie deficit is the only way that fat loss (i.e., weight loss) can happen. But, it is completely false that you must meticulously track each and every calorie in order to make that happen. You’ll learn the system to create a calorie deficit and manage your eating in a way that allows more freedom without ruining your goals and screwing up your progress. And you’ll learn how to take that system and apply to your own eating preferences.

Does this really work?

No doubt. If you can commit to being 80 percent consistent or better, you will be totally unrecognizable a year from now. None of the systems you develop are restrictive (you can still eat carbs and even “cheat” foods within reason and moderation). The entire program is designed for the schedule, lifestyle and expectations of high-performers, creators, executives and parents (just like me).
